Podcast PR & guest booking · Seaford, NY

the right forty minutes on a small show will outlast any headline you could buy.

We place founders and executives on the niche industry podcasts their buyers already trust — four to six secured interviews per campaign, each one briefed before the red light and clipped after it. One flat fee, agreed before we begin.

Introductory calls by appointment, from Riverside Avenue.

Inside a campaign

what arrives on your desk before the red light comes on

The interview itself is forty-five minutes. The quiet work around it is where a campaign is won. Every booking comes with a written brief on the host and their listeners, a media kit hosts can lift from directly — and, once the episode airs, clips your team will actually want to post.

Specimen · the talking-point brief

Two pages, in your inbox five days before each recording: the host’s last six episodes in a paragraph, three stories phrased in your own words, and the question you’re hoping they won’t ask — with a plain, honest way to answer it.

  1. 01

    the brief

Written for each show, never recycled. The host’s temperament, the vocabulary their audience uses, the episode they’re quietly proudest of.

  2. 02

    the media kit

Your bio at 40, 120 and 300 words, two portrait crops, past appearances, and a one-paragraph introduction a host can paste straight into show notes.

  3. 03

    the clips

Vertical cuts of your best moments, captioned and colour-matched, delivered within seven days of each episode’s release.

Who it’s for

for companies whose buyers could fit in one ballroom

If your next contract comes from a procurement lead, a practice owner or a head of compliance, the show that matters probably has a few thousand listeners — every one of them a person you’d genuinely like to meet.

the shelves we pitch into

Hosts who make their programme for an industry, not for an algorithm. A sampling of the categories we know well:

  • supply chain & freight
  • revenue operations
  • dental & veterinary practice
  • construction tech
  • regtech & compliance
  • insurance operations
  • climate hardware
  • industrial IoT

Less suited to consumer launches chasing the charts — and we’ll say so on the first call.

The campaigns

a flat fee, counted in conversations — never in pitches sent

Each campaign is priced by the number of interviews we secure for you. The fee is set before we begin and doesn’t move with how hard a particular booking turned out to be.

  • Another secured interview$1,290
  • Extra clip pack, three cuts$340
  • Recorded mock interview, with notes$485

Half at kickoff, the balance once your third interview is secured. Invoiced, and settled by ACH, wire or card.

The green room

what to bring to your first recording

  1. wired headphones

Bluetooth adds a lag hosts can hear. A pair with a cable keeps the conversation in step.

  2. a room with soft things in it

Curtains, a rug, a full bookshelf. Soft surfaces swallow echo; glass and bare walls throw it back.

  3. one story only you can tell

Rehearsed twice, and no more. The third rehearsal is where it starts to sound like a pitch.

  4. water at room temperature

Coffee dries the voice by minute twenty. Keep the cup for afterwards.

  5. forty-five unhurried minutes

Notifications off, the door closed, nothing booked straight after. Hosts can hear a guest watching the clock.

questions worth asking before you sign

Do you promise specific shows?

No one honestly can — hosts decide who sits across from them. What we commit to is the number of interviews in your campaign. We agree the target list together, and you approve every show before we pitch it.

How small is a “niche” show, really?

Often a few thousand listeners per episode. That is the point: a programme made for freight brokers or practice managers is heard by exactly the people who sign your contracts, and they listen to the end.

I’ve never been interviewed on a podcast. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Your brief, the prep call and — in the long steep — a recorded mock interview exist precisely so your first recording sounds like your fifth.

What if a show cancels or never releases the episode?

Then it doesn’t count toward your total. We rebook with another show from your approved list at no added cost.

Do you only work with companies on Long Island?

We’re based in Seaford, NY, and our introductory calls happen by appointment. Recordings are remote, so the founders we represent can be wherever their work is.
